Posting/delivery - to us and when your order is completed

Posting your flowers and items to us is easy peasy! 

We recommend royal mail next day special delivery which costs around £10-£15. If you prefer a courier, we can book one for you on your behalf. 

Remember you are also welcome to arrange your own courier, or drop your items to us. If are in your area, we can sometimes offer a personal collection too!

♥ Pack your items using a good strong cardboard box with a lid. sometimes, smaller boxes like shoe boxes are great for smaller selections of flowers from a wreath for example. We also have had customers using plastic tubs with lids and these post really well! 

♥ Use crumpled up newspaper or tissue to pack around your flowers

♥ Include a note with your contact details and items will we find in the box

♥ Secure the lid and pop our address on top!

Returns Policy

If, unfortunately you are not satisfied with your items, please do contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. When contacting us, please do let us know what the problem is. If you can email us photos of anything specific then it does give us more opportunity to address any issues. 

We always do our best to resolve any complaint the best way we can. However, please do note the points below:

Our paperweights can be unpredictable and vary with results. The information about these products are clear on our website and also in the information we send to all our customers before they confirm their products. If our resin paperweights  are something you are interested in, then its always best to send more flowers for us to preserve so we have plenty of options to talk through with you. if your unsure if the paperweights are not the right product for you, we will be very happy to offer alternative options.

As our services include using perishable organic products, its reasonable to note that things such as colours, consistency of petals can change. If your flowers have been sent to us fresh with browning patches, or wilting, this elements of the flowers will show in preservation. We do our utmost to tidy the flowers and colour enhance the best way possible however.
